Return Policy
We understand that there will be chance you are not satisfactory with the product you receive which is purchased from Zoombridal.com, thus the item should be returned. It maybe an issue caused by us or the courier, it may also be not a problem but your mind’s changing. Based on this common sense, we both move to the following agreements:
1. Zoombridal.com specializes in supplying custom made wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and prom gowns, we guarantee the dress you receive will be well fitted according to your measurements provided, we don't accept non-conditional return if it's just of customer will. Please check from below for the situations you can return your dress back.
2. In case of fraud return actions, customer will be responsible of the corresponding return fee and new item shipping fee when below conditions match, and Zoombridal.com will just issue change, no refund:
3. Under the following cases, Zoombridal.com will be responsible of the return fee, and customer could receive either refund or new goods:
4. As all dresses are custom made from zoombridal.com, so we only accept cancellation when below situation meets: New order placed can be canceled within 24 hours, full money will be refunded. We don't accept cancellation over that time frame due to customer's reason.
5. All returned products must be with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
6. Physical damage caused by incorrect goods use of customer, e.g. folds caused by incorrect folding method, no return
7. If accessories along with the item customer buy are not included in the package, we will ship the missing one(s) to you additionally without charging your shipping fee, and return is not accepted in this case.
8. In the event of an order including several items, we only accept returning of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.
9. ZoomBridal.com reserves the right to do any changes of this Return Policy.
